DEXChange uses an Automated Market Maker (AMM) model for the exchange transactions. This means that the digital assets can be traded on DEXChange where an order book is not used. Trades are carried out using a liquidity pool instead of an order book. Liquidity pools are created with the funds of users who are members of the platform. Users who pool their funds receive liquidity provider tokens in return. They use these LP tokens to get their share from the transaction fees. On DEXChange, platform tokens can be bought and sold or additional earnings can be made by providing liquidity.
